Mayor de San Jerónimo Parraga Peru appointment Siluk Poet Degree in English and Spanish On 23 January 2006, Dennis L. Siluk, poet and author of nine books of poetry, who is married to a Peruvian woman was appointed by Resolution of the Mayor, Jesus Vargas P?
